I have been married to a wonderful man from India for almost 21 years. I have two teenage daughters and love travel, yoga, dance, theater , art and good food! I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College
(1987) and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel
Seminary, in St. Paul, MN. In 2002 I worked at Family Means in Stillwater, MN. At this community based family
service agency I conducted divorce groups for children, assisted
Adult Children of Alcoholic groups as well as Dialectic Behavioral
Therapy groups. In addition to group work, I saw individuals,
families, children and married couples for therapy. Ihave also done extensive community work with FAST ( Families and School Together) and Children In Transition. In 2003 I started my private practice in Woodbury and have been there ever since.
I am passionate about: Mind body therapies including yoga
couples and premarital counseling (certified in PREPARE and CHRISTIAN PREP)

spiritual journeys and mindfulness.
