Over the last 19 years I have designed three 90 minute sessions that will help you build a foundation of understanding in your marriage. I also provide officiating services that I would be happy to discuss. My sessions take place at my comfy office in Woodbury. I have weeknights as well as weekends available for couples who work during the week. Let's work together in a fun intimate environment to learn more about your relationship and each other!
IN THE FIRST SESSION we will take the PREPARE assessment online and answer over 125 questions in several categories including communication, conflict resolution, finances, sex, family and friends personality and habits. Our assessment allows you to see which are your strengths and which areas are your growth areas.
IN THE SECOND SESSION we will learn about Gary Chapman's "Five love Languages" and take a Myers Briggs personality assessment. There is also a focus on assertiveness and expressing wants and needs in a healthy way during this session.
THE THIRD SESSION focuses on skill building in non- violent communications and conflict resolution with compassionate listening. Good communication will be the foundation of your marriage.
My cost is $395 and in the state of MN you will receive a significant discount on your marriage license when i give you a form to take to the county that states you have completed your counseling.
